              A Mexican or Tex-Mex specialty that consists of a large flour tortilla wrapped around a filling of seasoned meat, refried beans and/or cheese. Lettuce, tomato and avocado also may be included. The sides and edges of the tortilla are folded, forming a bundle, which is then baked.
