For the bruschettas
- 8 thick slices of country style bread
- 20 γρ. olive oil
- 70 γρ. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 30 γρ. feta cheese, broken up
- 10 γρ. basil pesto (see pantry)
- 1 garlic clove, cut in half
- coarse salt
- arugula leaves
