Washing Fruit and Vegetables

All fruit and vegetables must be washed very well, in plenty of water before cooking.

Caution! The same is true for fruit or vegetables which will be peeled such as, for example, oranges or carrots.

A good washing technique is to fill a large bowl with plenty of water, add the vegetable and rub well with your hands or a soft brush.

Then rinse under running water.
