For the chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 80 γρ. olive oil
  • 60 γρ. green onions, minced
  • 150 γρ. white wine
  • 60 γρ Kalamata olives, pitted and cut into wedges
  • 20 γρ. capers
  • 400 γρ. tomatoes, seeds and skin removed, small diced
  • 80 γρ. cold butter
  • 5 γρ. basil, finelt chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt
