The winners of BE YOURCHEF recipe contest took part in a cooking seminar from Yiannis Lucacos, in the kitchen of Psomi & Alati restaurant.
The seminar took place with great success on 1/10/2012.
The chef’s assistants proved to be quite talented as under his supervision they prepared two dishes: skioufihta with mushrooms as a main course and crème brulee for dessert.
