On Wednesday 10/10/2012 the restaurant Psomi & Alati presented its new menu for the fall season.
Some of the new dishes included in the new menu that are definitely worth trying are the following: “Mixed salad with marinated vegetables and honey-mustard vinaigrette” or "Spinach with pears, crispy prosciutto, gorgonzola walnuts and tarragon” from the salad section, “Baked eggs, shoe string potatoes, salami and parmesan cream” or “Black eyed peas with spinach and chorizo” from the appetizer section, “Chicken breast with mushrooms, roasted peppers and tarragon” as a main course and the delicious dessert “Banana tart with peanuts, vanilla ice cream and caramel-chocolate sauce”.
Along with the new gastronomic proposals, some of last season's favorites, such as “Broccoli and cauliflower with bacon, raisins, hazelnuts and yoghurt” and also “Beef giouvetsi with orzo” regain their position in the new restaurant menu.
