On Monday 21 January Yiannis Lucacos will cook recipes from “Psomi & Alati” and will give to the participants of his class the chance to learn his techniques for simple and tasty dishes.

Through the dishes to be made, he will actually show basic and useful cooking techniques, he’ll give important tips and success advices and of course answers to every question made.
