During the event concept AMALOUR TUESDAYS WITH FRIENDS, Yiannis Lucacos creates for the bar-restaurant a special 6-course menu, with each course accompanied with a different proposal in wine. Escaping from his restaurant philosophy of simple and familiar dishes, in this kitchen chef Yiannis Lucacos demonstrates his technique in creative, special and original dishes.
