Yiannis Lucacos plans and organizes our daily menu for the week, through the newspaper magazine “Bima Gourmet” in Sunday.

Not only he gives us five delicious and nutritious recipes, one for each day’s main meal,  but also he provides us with a shopping list of all the ingredients we will need for the weekly cooking, he guides the preparation of dishes from the weekend and gives several tips to facilitate as much as possible our daily engagement with the kitchen.

Considering the lack of time, the reduced budget and our dietary needs, Yiannis Lucacos organizes our daily kitchen and also renews it with creative and easy to make dishes.
