For the shrimp salad
Marinate the shrimp in the orange juice and zest for 20 minutes. Season with salt and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes. In a bowl, mix the salad with the mango, the green beans, the cherry tomatoes and the mint. Add the vinaigrette, season with salt and mix well. Serve with the shrimp.
