INGREDIENTS

For the chocolate whipped cream

  • 75 gr. chocolate 70%, melted and warm
  • 10 gr. vegetable oil
  • 220 gr. heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks

DIRECTIONS

For the chocolate whipped cream

Combine the melted chocolate and oil in a bowl, mixing until well combined. Add 1/3 of the the whipped cream to the hot chocolate mixture and mix using a whisk until fully incorporated. Continue by adding the remaining whipped cream into the chocolate by 1/3 additions. Use or store in the refrigerator for a small time period.
