INGREDIENTS

For the peppers

  • 1 kg. red or orange peppers

DIRECTIONS

For the peppers

1st method
Oil the peppers and cook on the barbeque until blackened on all sides. Remove into a bowl and keep covered for a while. Remove skin and seeds. Store in the fridge.
2nd method
Oil peppers lightly and bake in the oven at the highest possible temperature. The rest of the process is the same as method 1.
