INGREDIENTS

For the sauce

  • 45 gr. basil, leaves
  • 175 gr. olive oil
  • 50 gr. pine nuts, roasted
  • 6 gr. garlic
  • 45 gr. parmezan, grated
  • salt

DIRECTIONS

For the sauce

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix to form a homogenous paste. Store in the fridge.
